The history of Argosy University began with the combination of three schools with three distinct areas of educational focus. Our roots can be traced to the American Schools of Professional Psychology, the Medical Institute of Minnesota and the University of Sarasota. The combination of these three schools created Argosy University, an academic institution that serves the needs of adult students in four academic programs areas: education, business, health sciences and psychology.
Argosy University is currently accepting applications for Adjunct Online Faculty to facilitate online courses. All applicants must hold a Doctorate in Psychology (Forensic Emphasis strongly preferred) or closely related field from a regionally accredited U.S. University (or equivalent). Additionally, candidates must have at least 1 year college teaching experience (preferably online), with a focus in related areas.
•Successful candidates must reside in the United States.
•Broadband Internet access required.
•All classes are taught in an asynchronous Internet based format with no travel required. Courses are 5 or 7.5 weeks in length with 15-20 students per course.
•Adjunct faculty typically teach 1 course per term.
•This is a remote position and does not require relocation.
